Satan thought he had won, but the resurrection was the ultimate victory. We worship a living Christ who conquered death and fulfilled God’s promises.
Promises of Resurrection
1. Fulfilled Promises
Psalm 16:10: Death is temporary; Jesus overcame it.
Matthew 20:19: Jesus promised to rise on the third day, and He did.
Just as Christ was resurrected, we too will be raised. Live a life free from sin, jealousy, and anger.
Jesus, the way, fulfilled His word. He prepares a place for us, giving us hope of eternal life.
1 Corinthians 15:55-57: Paul declares victory over death, as Jesus’ resurrection emptied the tomb. Sin leads to death, but through Jesus’ blood, we have victory.
2. Assurance of Eternal Life
Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life.” Whoever believes in Him will never die.
Though our bodies will perish, faith in Christ guarantees eternal life.
Impact of Resurrection
1. Hope for the Hopeless
Romans 8:11: The Spirit that raised Jesus lives in us, giving us hope and life.
Living for Jesus activates His promises in our lives. Worship Him with purpose, not routine.
2. Empowerment by the Holy Spirit
You are indebted to God for your salvation. Share this hope with your family, friends, and others.
Even if rejected, keep spreading the love and hope of Christ.
The resurrection is our victory, hope, and purpose. Worship the King of Kings, and live for Him.
